Roof Repair Smedway's Flat Roof Repair crews are trained on TPO, EPDM, and modified bitumen systems across Cookeville, not general shingle work applied to a flat surface.
We carry compatible repair materials for multiple membrane brands, since mismatched patch material is a common cause of repeat flat roof failures.
We also test repaired seams for a proper bond before leaving, rather than assuming a visual check is enough.

TPO seam separation gets properly heat-welded, not just caulked over as a temporary fix.
We identify the membrane type first, since EPDM and TPO repairs use different adhesive systems.
We identify why water is pooling — often a low spot or blocked drain — before recommending a solution.
Modified bitumen blisters and seam issues are repaired using proper torch-down or cold-adhesive technique depending on the situation.
Clogged or damaged drains are a leading cause of Cookeville flat roof ponding and membrane stress.
We reseal and reflash equipment curbs as part of a thorough Flat Roof Repair inspection.
